Lambertson 2 Statement of Work (SOW): Vince’s Vinyl’s Database Database Major Topics: Vinyl’s purchased Vinyl’s sold Total Expenses Total Revenue Requests for vinyl’s History: Vince’s Vinyl has been around for many years; buying and selling 45s, LPs, and 76 RPM. Vince is the owner that purchases the vinyl and categorizes them based off the condition of the vinyl and the cover they are in. Vince will not buy poor conditioned vinyl. Vince keeps all this information in his head or in a spiral note book for his means of documentation. Scope: The vinyl database that will be created will make it possible to manage and view what albums are available to purchase for customers and will show what Vince has purchased for resale. This will ultimately give a more accurate way to view revenue and expenses made and better improve his records for documentation. Constraints: Being able to give value of full inventory, being able to get accurate email addresses and keep a log for each request. Objectives: To be able to keep track of all albums and their condition. Keep track of all purchases of albums and their sales. Also having the means to give the value of his inventory. While keeping track of where they come from, from whom and how much he purchased the albums for. Keep track his overall sales. 2

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
