OVERVIEW The Wild Wood Apartments Database will be A user friendly method of daily/monthly tracking of information that will be easier and more accurate to use. The database will track all relevant data from all 20 buildings and all the information regarding maintenance and repairs. We will identify the stakeholders, database requirements, and business rules for wild wood apartments.

SUMMARY • With this centralized database the managers will be able to track their daily business of their apartment building and prepare their reports without it being very diFcult and time consuming. The Corp managers will be able to over see all actions of the site managers and ensure the accuracy and the veri±ability of the reports....
