Professor and Classmates: a. Who in the Ethiopian society has the most difficult time dealing with scarcity? Citizens of Ethiopia that are having the most difficult time are those in rural areas “where wheat is by far the country’s biggest import by value. And that’s before you take into account low agricultural yields and far sizes, major exposure to drought, limited access to energy, and how these challenges will be magnified by high rates of population and economic growth, which will increase demand for resources.”(Evans, 2012) b. What do they need most? Ethiopia is in desperate need of medical care, food, water and sanitation needs. The water in Ethiopia carries many diseases. c. How can their society provide for their wants and needs? Local partners and their society has better resources to help the rural areas. d. Why are they so impoverished? One of the reasons was due to an increase in the price of food and fertilizer on world markets

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
