Whitlock 2 Let Them Stay Answer:- In the United States today, the word immigration has a negative undertone due to the high rate of illegal immigration. Citizens instantly think uneducated and unimportant people silently sneaking across the border. They should be focusing on the good that can come from immigration. Historically, immigration has played a role in the growth and success of our nation, however in recent years it has negatively affected our nation. A carefully constructed expansion of legal immigration could benefit our nation by expanding cultural diversity and strengthening our economy. The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
