Social Media and Future Success Young Adult Questionnaire Thank you for participating in this study of how social media effects future success. We are conducting a research study to examine how social media can influence future success. We are requesting your participation, which involves filling out the attached survey, which should take around 10 minutes. This survey will ask about how social media websites can effect future success in our professional lives, academic integrity, our communication skills, and how we build relationships. Your participation in this study is voluntary. Please disregard this survey if you are do not engage in any form of social media. For the purpose of our survey please answer all of the questions and if you wish to skip a question for personal reasons, please check the “Not Applicable” option. This survey will not directly benefit you, although it may help you understand how social media can affect many parts of our lives. During the survey, there are a few risks that are possible. You may not wish to disclose certain information or may have biases due to past experiences. Technology is ever changing; therefore, social media can affect our professional lives, academic integrity, our communication skills, and how we build relationships.
