The following notes are based upon the Tutor’s example presentation STRUCTURE: Intro slide AGENDA Defining key terms – E.g. what is a multinational corporation Give background info on lecture theory – e.g. management models; Japanese management style Facts of case Corporate philosophy – that is, strategy blablabla Questions to discuss /e.g: - To what extent has Nissan adapted “traditional” Japanese management practices to cater for British cultural environment? - Should/could European carmakers adopt the Nissan philosophy and manufacturing techniques? - What lessons can be drawn from Nissan experience in the UK? SLIDE PRESENTATION Simple dot-points: not convoluted slides Use of simple animation/transition within slide He asked questions, though rare, to the audience in his presentation
