Also, it introduces you to the article’s content of what Martin Tolchin wrote about and how he accomplished this article and called it one of his top articles in the whole world and so on and so forth. However, this was a really good educational source for me because it mentions about what each of these presidents can do to make our nation more livable and how they can provide us with more needs for this country to make it our own and so on and so forth. Furthermore, this article really made a big impact on me because there are individuals out there that want to see how federalism works and what things can be done to see what is out there for each and every one of us. First of all, while I was reading this article there were some good educational details about this source and how it influenced me as a reader as well. This article in the introduction mostly describes about how President Reagan promised to return powers to states with his “New Federalism” and that there was state and local officials that say the authority has been whittled away with a new generation of regulations and that it was regarding giving them expensive responsibilities and how there was less federal money to help pay for them as well.
