Week 3 Discussion 1 I have chosen my first cousin, Diane Murphy to base this discussion around. She is 25 years old and is visually handicapped, residing in Massachusetts, and has been working as a teachers aid for almost 5 years now. I would say that Diane scores high in all four of the learning patterns, and although I was unable to administer the LCI test to her, I believe I should be able to complete this assignment, using accurate speculations about her learning patterns nevertheless. The following discussion will explain why I believe strongly that she uses each of these patterns first, and should also reflect my pride and admiration for the immeasurable courage she has displayed over the years. I AM A DYNAMIC LEARNER SEQUENCE : 31 PRECISION : 26 TECHNICAL REASONING : 12 CONFLUENCE : 17 Sequence : Being "legally blind", and unable to see as we do, I can imagine it would be extremely important for Diane to keep her learning area neat, and organized. In order to know where things are at all times and to avoid confusion and frustration at the start of all projects, structure and systematic positioning would have been a crucial part of her routine.
