Task This assessment is designed to enable you to use your research and analytical skills to study corporate scandals from the past 20 years as identified from the website of either the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) or the Australian Securities and Investments Commission. Web-links - undertakings-register/ You are required to identify three corporate scandals from either of these websites and prepare a report suitable for reading by non-accountants. The facts relating to each of the corporate scandals and how the scandals occurred. This discussion would include key players and stakeholders (6 marks). b.
