THE U.S GOVERNMENT 2 The U.S Government The U.S government is a federal government that comprises of fifty-two states. The states constitute a central district with other territories. The administration has three divisions namely the executive, judicial and the legislative. Their superiority is vested by the President, Congress, the US Constitution and the federal courts. The branches powers are defined by the actual act of congress. The government was formed in 1789 and is laid on Constitution. The government is based on federalism principle where there is power sharing between the state government together with the federal government. The paper present the Civil rights or Civil Liberties events that have subjective a sense of social accountability in the American management today both negatively as well as positively. It also shows how the Media events that have influenced the public’s view of a government agency. Finally, it gives the Differences between the Democratic and the Republican parties that may have a good impact on the American people both negatively and positively. Freedom of speech Through freedom of expression, it has provided numerous accountabilities in the American management. It is evident through the civil rights movement that were a fight by African Americans between 1950-1960 to attain civil rights that are equivalent to persons of whites, counting the same chance in occupation, accommodation, and schooling, together with the factual of equal admission to community amenities, and unrestricted of racial judgment.
