If Bourgon were going for a homemade appeal, then her house might be an excellent opTon. However, she’s trying to look professional, and I think that having a separate locaTon o²ers her business some validity. I would increase the price of cupcakes and make sure that those were a huge selling point, and I would increase some adverTsing on ³acebook. Much of her adverTsing was word of mouth, so people her age would know about her and wouldn’t need to get direct mail. I feel it’s a younger generaTon that might be enTced by gourmet cupcakes, and would then use her services when cake was required just because of their associaTon....
