Whether she would use an off-site warehouse, or whether she would use the 2000 sq ft below her as storage Should she absorb the cost of free shipping, add it into the item price, or tack it on for the customer to absorb? Whether online should be targeted towards people in Ontario What decision needs to be made? Whether to expand the business by improving the website, thereby removing the face-to-face aspect that the business was originally built on. What would you do? Why? As soon as I read that she did gift baskets, I knew exactly what I would choose to do if I was in Jill’s position. I would put the gift baskets online and continue to sell

However, I’m con±used, as it does say in the arTcle she’s already equipped to sell giF baskets and giF cards online. I believe that the people who want to maintain the personal connecTon will stop down at the store, while the people who are primarily interested in picking up something quick will shop online. I see no downside to using a website....
