In high school, my idea of studying was looking over my notes ten minutes before a test and hoping for the best. III. Speaker credibility and goodwill: A. I am a college student like my audience and I’ve also struggled with learning good study habits IV. Preview of message: A. Today I will be sharing four tips with you on how to make studying a little bit easier Body I. Plan Where to Study A. When I was a freshman in college I chose to study in my dorm room because it was comfortable, but what I didn’t realize was that by studying in my room I set myself up for failure. I would easily get distracted by my cellphone, tv and my roommate. Choose somewhere where with the least distractions.
