Communication is the process of transferring and transmitting of ideas and information. Throughout this course we have evaluated the importance of communication in different settings of life but especially in the work place. The role of communication in the workplace determines the easy flow of operations or the chaos of processes. To communicate information one should relate communication effectively and respectfully. When communication fails and breaks down the end results  includes inefficiency, lost of morale, confusion, and wrong interpretation. A communication plan or planning is a way to organize actions that leads to the  fulfillment of a goal. To develop a communication plan, one must considered the purpose of the plan, who the targeted audiences will be, the message that you want the targeted  consumers/audience to receive, types of communication channels and media you will be  utilizing, and the actual distribution or disperse of the message/information. When the  mention criteria’s are met the last part of a communication plan is implementing it.  Due to this assignment I have the pleasure of formulating a communication plan  for Tafuna High School during its quarterly open house.  Tafuna High School Communication Plan for Quarterly Open House Event: Quarterly Open House Purpose: Raise awareness in the community of Tafuna High School quarterly open house  on November 5 th , 2015. As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
