The blog post did indeed show the main point that the manager/supervisor/boss intended  to get across to all the associates and employees of the company. Although, it sounded  very harsh and unprofessional if that was the intent behind the tone of the author, but as  leaders it is his or her responsibility to ensure that the message is received as intended in  a professional mannerism. The blog showed little to no professional courtesy and also  send the wrong ideal of a cruel management team. Managers and leaders must understand that “different people have different and unique communication styles” (Argosy, 2015).  In the blog post “polite communication etiquette” is void and none existent from the tone  and style of writing of the author. Although the message is clear and concise in action
