Emily Burleson GS2520: Module 3 Analysis 1 The situation that Manuel has found himself in is a very interesting situation; however, it is common within many business facilities. This is a matter that must be handled carefully in order to maintain proper decorum and order in the workplace. On one had he has to maintain the respect of the individuals of the employees that he supervises, and on the other he must tactfully address the coworker with the bad order in a manner that will not be embarrassing or destroy workplace morale. Dealing with a coworker that has a bad odor can affect the productivity in any workplace. Working alongside someone that has a bad odor can make it difficult to work – it can be a huge distraction. In my opinion, the best method for Manuel to address this matter is to speak to personally, privately, and tactfully. He should bring the employee into his office and, using a soft but direct approach, tell him that what the problem is as he perceives it. It’s important that,
