Becky Gritzke's was exploited and used in MRA Inc. video series Girls Gone Wild, having her photo’s and videos taken without her consent during the 2000 Mardi Gras. A year later, after final video production, Becky was spotted on a late-night ad for Girls Gone Wild. Becky is not only featured on the ads, but she also on the cover of the box the video comes in, in addition to being highlighted all over billboards in Europe as well as the company’s website promotions. She can easily show that the videos and promotional materials used for Girls Gone Wild distorted and used out of context rather implying that she was “willing to be associated with and

In addition, Becky can supplement her case by suing for misappropriation . Specifically in the manner that MRA Inc. was commercially using Becky Gritzke’s likeness without her consent. The fact that they’re selling DVD’s and VHS’s across the globe is inherently for an implied profit. MRA cannot argue that they’re protected by the First Amendment for non commercial speech, clearly the Girls Gone Wild materials were widely disseminated for profit and ultimately this is not news or educated related....
