Since 9/11 there had not been another terrorist a³ack on U.S. Soil. Langer believed this was the main reason Bush a³racted more women for the 2004 elec±on. Polling experts stated that most single woman remained core democrats, but Bush won 11 percent more than Kerry with married woman. During the 2004 elec±on the most important issue seemed to be moral values. This issue seemed to outweigh terrorism, the war in Iraq, and the economy. Bush won this por±on of the vote by a landslide receiving four out of every ´ve votes (Campbell). Works cited h³ps:// µ±cle_001.pdf h³p://
