DISASTER RECOVERY PLAN IRSC BAS Inc. is devoted to our employee’s safety and support during times of disaster. In addition, if a disaster were to occur, there are action plans put in place to protect our employees and business. In this document there are several points to make sure to protect our assets, and ability to do business in the aftermath. INTERNAL RECORDS Internal Documentation Application by department Computer Servers Computer server’s back up; all internal documentation for every department. All servers must be secured. HR documentation All paper work that deals with the business and employees that is not electronically filed must be protected. SECURING INTERNAL RECORDS Management must secure servers by disconnecting devices in case of any electrical fire or power surge. An electronic back-up of all company detailed information and employee data should be bi-yearly updated and a copy maintained at each of the current IRSC BAS Inc. offices encase of a system crash or failure. All hardcopies will be kept in-office and must be stored in a safe-room that is protected from a flood or fire. Safe room must be clear of dangerous objects and no windows. In addition, there must be a fire rated door with duel locks. ACCESS TO INTERNAL RECORDS After the disaster, documents must be made accessible to management and employees. Therefore, all internal records will be stored with easy access to bring equipment back online. Disaster Recovery Plan 2

EMPLOYEE SAFETY Employees safety comes first and foremost. Once the emergency disaster warning is enviable, IRSC BAS Inc. will direct employees to secure workstations before exiting the building, if it is safe to do so. In the case of a disaster occurring during normal business hours, employees will be asked to stay inside the building and stay away from any windows or doors.
