I learned a lot of knowledge and information of trees, flowers, grasses, environmental protection. I learned the name of the plants, how to grow and care of plants, how to prune the plants to make them live better and more beautiful. The topics are very interesting and attractive. The most interesting three topics are pruning, fruits and vegetables, and construction. Pruning is interesting for me because I never learned pruning before and I even have not tried pruning once. At the first time, I thought pruning is just for plants’ appearances. After the pruning lecture, I first learned pruning is not just for appearance, also for plants’ health. We learned that pruning have to maintain the plant’s natural shapes. And we learned how to prune the trees under 15`, then how to prune the vines. And we learned about the pruning tools, I like use tools to do real things, cutting, pruning, makes me feel like doing things. And we learned about different cuts of pruning, shearing and renovation, how to removing large limbs without hurting the plants, and how to prune some smaller plants. I
