Weekly Journal #2 Matt Remter English 201 2/3/08 Dialogue. Another word that alone can mean many things. It is both considered a noun and a verb because of its nature to be used as a describing the expression it’s used and the written component of the word. This is another word that’s close to the word literacy. You can have one million definitions but in reality there are limited definitions. You can only have as many definitions that are possible within the context of the word. Everyone argues that their definition is right when they are all correct when used to describe the way that the word is being used. Thus in this paper you find that “dialogue is a process of “knowing” and “being” differently.” It is neither one nor the other but depending on the situation could be either or. Over this past week we have had some discussions primarily based on the subject of literacy. As always we were thrown into a barrage of different opinions clashing but yet still having the same underlying definition of communication reading and understanding. Now the definitions of what I would consider the subgenres of this word are slightly seen in a different view. Over the week I found the
