6/10/20Lab 3.2Katrine PospichelSection 1: GoalsCurrent StatusFinal GoalsMy current walk time for 1 mile is 21:56.I want to improve this time to be 18:00 whichwould put me at an average rating.Currently, I work out/am active somewhatsporadically.I want to work out/be active 4 times a week atleast for 30 minutes each day.I will start eachworkout with light stretching (3 minutes) toprepare my muscles and will end the work outwith a five-minute cool down at a reduced pace,followed by more stretching.I plan to use theelliptical for 30 minutes and will monitor myheart rate and increase resistance/incline tomaintain my target heart rate.Sections 2-3: Program PlanType of ActivityFrequencyIntensityTime
