2) The Anti-discrimination law protects the individuals against the discriminatorybehaviour on base of gender, religion ,race or cultural belief. The manager’s behaviourdoesnot comply with the anti discrimination law.3) I will invite the Marketing manager for face to faceinformal meeting, where i willdiscuss the company’s policies in regards to diversity and offer suggestions to resolvethe issue, this can be done by apologising and sending them special invitation for thecelebrations and assuring them that his itentins were not to hurt anyone’s feelings.
