INTRODUCTIONThe business world is more global and competitive than in the past. Shorter product lifecycles, rapid new product introductions, and sophisticated customers who are increasinglyknowledgeable and well informed characterize modern business (Vienažindieneet al.,2021).In this situation, there is a growing emphasis in today's business world on environmentallyfriendly corporate activity, and many forward-thinking companies are embracing greenlogistics management (Sezen & Çankaya, 2019). The increased globalization in every cornerof the globe has led most businesses to acknowledge the importance of seeking GreenLogistic Management (GLM) practices, particularly in supply chain management, whichsomewhat results in environmental and business benefits (Trivellaset al.,2020; Yawet al.,2020). Throughout the 1990s, researchers and policymakers became increasingly concernedabout the environment and climate change, and they became enthusiastic about greeninglogistics and supply chain operations (Gunarathne & Priyashani, 2021). Furthermore, businesses have recognized that environmental management is a critical strategic issue thatcan have a long-term impact on organizational performance. For example, over 40,000companies have adopted ISO14001, the environmental management system standard(Gunarathne & Priyashani, 2021; Kebenei, 2016). It is critical for organizations to effectivelymanage their supply chain activities to compete successfully and demonstrate long-termsurvival. In addition, because of today's complex and dynamic business environment, organizations must regularly focus more on Green logistic Management Practices, ascustomers are more concerned about the environment than ever before (Shafique, 2017).
