Diagnostic Research Design
The goal of a diagnostic research design is to determine the etiology of a certain
problem or phenomena. This study design is utilized to learn more about the elements
that are causing issues in the business. Diagnostic research is one of the sorts of study
that tries to look into the root cause of a problem or phenomenon. It can assist you in
learning more about the elements that contribute to certain issues or obstacles that your
clients may face.
Diagnostic research studies are those that look at whether or not specific factors
are connected. Descriptive research studies, on the other hand, are concerned with
particular predictions, as well as the narration of facts and features about an individual,
a group, or a circumstance.
This research designs follows three steps:
1. Inception of the issue - When did the problem start? In what instances does the
problem become more apparent?
