Introverted or Extroverted
The purpose of this assessment is to determine my level of introversion vs extroversion. The
score was on a scale of 0-40, the results revealed that they scored 37 points. What this means is
that I've scored a high level of extraversion, which is linked to talkativeness, sociableness,
assertiveness, and several different facets. The results also say that I feed off the things and
people around me, in a way this is what drives me. This score was based on the IPIP scale. I
think knowing the results of this assessment can help me a lot when it comes to navigating
within my organization. The textbook states that Extraverts can be challenge-oriented and
comfortable with engaging.
As a Facility Manager, it is extremely useful to be assertive and communicative. One of the
biggest focuses in my organization is engagement. We work to make sure that the people on our
