Specific Purpose : To explain how I feel about college through one of last semester’s projects. Thesis : The work I spent on an electric circuit I made last semester is a prime example of the amount of work I put into most of my college studies. Introduction I. Attention-getting device: 17 components. 25 wires. 59 pins. Several million things that could go wrong. II. Thesis: The work I spent on an electric circuit I made last semester is a prime example of the amount of work I put into most of my college studies. III. Preview of main points: I focus on doing my best with my education, and I spend as much time learning outside classes as I do in class. In any case, college has been very exciting to me.
