Every workplace environment, event, crisis, or issue isunique, and each leader is unique in their manner. To become excellent leaders, it is alwaysbest to learn from current leaders and build leadership development plans. My leadershipdevelopment plan allows me to understand my current situation and where I hope to be as agreat leader in the future.SELF-ASSESSMENT, RELEVANCE, AND APPLICATION OF THEORY: -Analyzing my personality characteristics and strengths I'll have a betterunderstanding of my leadership style and be able to answer the question, "Who am Iand where do I stand as a leader?"As a leadership student, it is critical for me to evaluate my work and act inaccordance with my findings in order to comprehend my educational progress inleadership development. The Leadership Development for Global Managers coursehelped me gain a better knowledge of the characteristics and abilities that make astrong leader, as well as potential strategies to improve where I fail as a leader andassist my subordinates or teammates at work.I discovered several attributes of a leader as a result of this training, and it hasaided me in reaching my personal as well as group goals in a timely manner. I learnedthat leadership entails developing and implementing a vision statement forsubordinates, as well as motivating them to achieve organizational goals by adheringto the vision statement and management's standards. Then I learned to recognize andanalyze my strengths and limitations, as well as how to use various correctivetechniques when things went wrong.
