There are three really good cost- benefit analysis techniques that one could use to assess a project. They are, Net Present Value (NPV), Return On Investment (ROI) and Break-Even Analysis (BEA). Each one of these three I believe could be used for assessing a project’s economic feasibility, but if I were interviewed and had to choose one, I would choose the Break-Even Analysis.
