For C200 Task 2:
- Be in the C200 course and have the study plan open to the Preparing for Task 2 – Section A.
- Have the Sunday Repeat Task 2 webinar recording open as you progress through the paper –
recording is located under the Course Tips section and provides examples and identifies reasons a
student’s task is returned for revisions.
Section A Organization Description:
- Explain in your own words with no citing of organization websites.
- Discuss all 6 areas: history, background, vision, mission, purpose, and objectives.
Section A1 Leadership Practices:
- This section is asking you identify 3 leadership practices of the chosen leader. A leadership
practice is anything a leader does within the scope of the position ‘routinely’. For example, every
Monday morning the Director holds a team meeting. In this team meeting, the director checks
admissions, census, discharges, questions for plans during the week. This supports all employees
having clear directives, clear communication, and increases morale.
- You must identify, describe, and explain 3 leadership practices. Ensure each practice has a
routine (i.e., every Monday like in the example), a specific example, and an explanation of ‘how and
why’ it is a leadership practice as in the example provided above.
