I would like to think that my results were almost accurate in how I see myself. I think that
most of my personality traits are going to help me be a great leader. I think I will struggle with
being open based on how I scored. I know for me that change is very hard on me, so being open
to anything is going to be my weakness. I think knowing the personality traits are going to help
identify areas that are my strengths and weaknesses.
When I read my results for conscientiousness, extraversion, and agreeableness they did
not surprise me at all. When it comes to talking to people, I have been described as a social
butterfly. I would say that I disagree with the part where it said that I was comfortable giving
presentations. When I give a presentation, I feel like I talk a little fast and my heart starts to race.
Conscientiousness did not surprise me at all, I felt like it hit the nail on the head. I can be a
perfectionist in anything that I do when it comes to work or personal life. I do think that being a
great leader you have to think about all options when it comes to making decisions. When I read
