PROPERTY VALUATION REPORT Executive Summary This report aims to conduct a property valuation analysis by combining data collected from internet and on-site investigation. Two selected properties subject to the valuation analysis include a house in Canterbury and a unit in Forest Hill. The direct comparison approach is conducted for the valuation of the house in Canterbury while the income-based approach is conducted for the valuation of the unit in Forest Hill.
