Human characteristics Characteristics of humans We all know that humans are primates we did not come from chimp but we  had a common ancestor We proudly share are genetics 98% with the chimp We are erect walking primates, walk effortlessly and very balanced 4.5 milll years ago things walked erect humans walk with striding gate we have a wasp like waste                           spine are legs are longer than are arms cause of erect posture pelvis structure o we are vertically oriented  o we have broad hips  o females have child bearing hips o the femur enters the socket in different in males and females o there’s overlap so men have female hips and vice versa spinal cord o if your spine was straight all the pressure would kill our spine bitch  nigga  o we have a s shaped spice o the head is balanced on the spine o we have a graceful neck
