1A good leader has always had a substantial influence on how a company functions andgrows. “The leader must be able to articulate the vision, clearly and often. Other peoplethroughout the organization should understand the vision and be able to state it clearlythemselves. That’s a start. But the vision means nothing until the leader and followers take actionto turn the vision into reality” (Bateman, 2020). Many people have various beliefs about whatmakes a successful leader. Some argue that a good leader brings out the best in individuals andhelps them fulfill their full potential. Others argue that a good leader inspires others to be the bestthat they can be, for me, a good leader is a person who is able to both inspire and enable changeand has certain capabilities, who has a clear vision, is fearless, possesses integrity, honesty, humility, and has a laser-like focus, good leaders help people to achieve their goals, coaches anddevelop a team to make it more effective in accomplishing their goals, motivating, encouraging, and promoting project enthusiasm is one of the most crucial leadership traits and a key to successsince only motivated personnel are good employees. The twenty-first century witnessed numerous historical and technological advances. It hasbeen marked by perpetual upheaval and change. The world has attained enormous milestones inevery element, which has had a significant impact on how people think, work, and live.I believe one of the most important abilities a leader must have, especially in the twenty-firstcentury is vision, leaders in this century must be visionary. A visionary leader can effectsignificant change and make aspirations a reality. Visionary leaders may be both an irritant andan inspiration to others. It stimulates and inspires peers and team members to plan ahead andpersuades them that things are doable. It enhances both the leader's and the team's confidence.Effective leadership necessitates a complex and diverse set of leadership qualities such asdriving for business objectives, collaborating with people, forming effective groups, and
2technology expertise, among others. Leaders in the twenty-first century must also havedeveloped cognitive skills and talents, such as effective communication, problem-solving,interpersonal skills, human relations skills, teamwork, decisiveness and tenacity, and the abilityto develop organizational capabilities.Leadership, not only giving orders, demands devotion and goodness at all times. Suchqualities should be embodied by a competent leader and sustained throughout time. You mustknow that guiding others is an art in and of itself because you must examine how you need tolead and work in a collaborative approach where they identify and agree on shared goals andobjectives and then work together to reach the same compassion as you do when self-leading.
