“A new IT Organizational form for Multinational Enterprises” S.S. Kien, C. Soh, M.L. Markus Literature Review Purpose Nowadays, globalization plays an important role in the business strategies. Multinational Enterprises (MNEs) try to extend their existence globally; therefore, the internationalization of these companies is continuously growing. Changes have to be made in the way MNEs organize their globally distributed IT resources (Sia, 2010; Markus 2012). IT has a significant role because improved IT organization design will create more efficient, profitable and strategic capabilities for the organizations. There are three IT organizational forms: centralized, decentralized and federated IT proceeded from the U-form to the M-form to the Matrix form [2]. The purpose of this research paper is to introduce the Multidimensional form (MDm) in order to help organizations to cope better with the expanded complexity of the companies’ environment.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
