This program will have a hard day followed by a recovery day. THREE PHASES > Beginning Season; Middle Season; Peak Season. This program is designed for Junior / Senior runners specifically for the 3200m / 2 mile. It will provide a race simulation training plan using many paces: recovery / endurance; lactate threshold; VO2 max; True Speed /sprints.
