2Manage Files Today and Save Time TomorrowA computer stores files in a type of unit such as a folder with a given capacity. Actually, each storage is a linear space to read or both read and write digital information. Sending every kilobyte or bigger of data that is stored has an individual offset from the original starting address or location and is referenced by the address or location. The storage is normally shown to the userin a grid format with numbered cells in sets. Every file in the storage that is saved takes on these numbered cells ("Understanding File Systems", n.d.).On average a computer storage uses pairs or sectors or in-sector offsets for referencing allbytes of stored information within the computer. Each sector consists of groups of bytes that are generally 512 bytes in size that is an addressable cell of the main storage. In context, taking the byte 1030 from the hard disk will be referred to as pair number three and then offset in sectors of 16 bytes each. This layout scheme for storage is used to efficiently optimize the addressing of storage and use less numbers to refer any part of the information ("Understanding File Systems", n.d.).[Good example.][There are 3 ways to refer to external resources. Try to use different techniques in a paper to create more variety.1.Direct quotation – you put the original sentences in the double quotation marks. Must include the page numbers or paragraph numbers in in-text citations. For example, “direct quotations go here” (Smith, 2008, p.401). or Smith (2008) said “direct quotations go here” (p. 401).
32.Paraphrase – you rewrite the original sentences in your own word. Maintain the flow of the original ideas. Page numbers are optional. For example, (Smith, 2008)3.Summary – you summarize the original idea in your own word. Page numbers are optional. The in-text citations and reference entries should go hand in hand. You can’ have an in-text citation without corresponding reference entry and vice versa.]A filing system is a representation of structured data or a set of metadata describing all types of stored data. Any filing system not only serves the purpose of the entire storage unit but can belong to a part of any isolated or segregated segment of storage that is known as a disk
