Some of these are: to. Understanding the differences between people. b. Create group dynamics. c. Understanding the differences between genders. 3) A manager must be able to adapt to changes easily. Destrezar must have problem solving. You must be able to communicate effectively. 4) It aims to prepare the company to respond to any emergency that may have a humanitarian impact. In this way a manager ensures that it has the necessary resources to address all types of emergencies.
