Socio Exercise #5 October 30 th On the outside both of these WebPages to me seemed to be very similar they looked to be fighting for one main goal that they believe in. Yet in reading further into them I found out what they really stood for. The NAACP website was based on more widespread equality issues to remove the overall barriers set today in America’s society. They planned to do this through action not just through words. They like to keep there members as informed as possible down to even text messages that can be sent to their phones. I thought it was also interesting that they have a youth part of their website, I liked how they had this because it shows that not only are they willing to have adults to contribute but they realize that the youth of our nation will one day soon play an important role in the future. I think that they realized the difficulty it would be to persuade adults who are already set in their ways. So they went to the root of the nation which is the youth and if they begin to teach them what it right now they are less prone to change their
