Rahimtoola is the chairman and Dr. Mahmood Ahmad is the chief executive Roles of board of director Berger paints has nominal participation of the board of director with limited degree of involvement in reviewing the performance or review of key decision and program of management. The role is widely occupied by CEO and its management team. However the key decision is made by board of director.
