Alex Beach 103 Agro and Natural Resources The Trees of Sogolonbougou In Western African, African tribes have been using slash and burn techniques to make farm lands. The national forest association has been controlling damages to the forest in Africa. The National Forest Association has made an attempted to fine a village ran by their chief Coulibaly. Coulibaly’s tribe has been running out of land for his farmers, so they have been trying to make new farmland out of burning trees down. The forest agency has spotted the village burning he trees, so they sent out one of their agents named Diarra. Diarra’s mission is to protect the trees due to wind erosion and deserts forming due to the burning of tree in the forest regions in Africa. Diarra has the authority to stop any one disobeying the laws of the forest. They keep strict rule so the forest area will stop deceasing. The village has been burning parts of the forest when they believe it will be unaware by the forest association.
