The company established itsfirst international presence in 1992 with a distributor in the United Kingdom, but Blackbeardrefused to formally open an office in another country until it had the necessary capital. SouthernImplants expansion overseas occurred gradually and steadily. The company opened offices inLondon, the United States, and Spain in 2004, 2016, and 2019. And the Australian subsidiarywas established in 2013. Southern Implants taken distributors help for services in Benelux,France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Namibia, New Zealand, Portugal, Russia, Scandinavia, Turkey,and the United Arab Emirates.Due to language barriers and strict regulations, the company didnot focus on the Asian market.With growth came a slew of new risks, which the company attempted to mitigate.
