They continue to describe that this facilitationmanifests as the increase of speed in reaction time, lowered sensory time, andincreased recognition rate of stimuli. These stimuli may be in the form of loudness orother aspects such as brightness. This lab aimed at identifying the evidence ofintersensory facilitation. This lab was successful as data from both categoriesindicated a considerable reduction in visual and auditory reaction time when aconcurrent stimulation happened. This is in comparison to when the stimulation wasdone individually, which indicated a higher reaction time.
