Bradt, G (2012). How Leaders' Communication Styles Impact the Delivery of Results. Forbes, Leadership. Leadership communication is something that has to be as dynamic and diverse as the leader themselves. A leader’s communication style is going to differ based upon the message that is being delivered, and to whom the message is going to be delivered to. According to Greenberg, president of Westport, Connecticut’s acoustics consultancy ‘Creative Acoustics, LLC’. Much like concert halls, communication styles must change on the setting, audience, and message that is being delivered (Bradt). A ‘fits’ all theater that tries to cater to every type of play will fail, just as a leader will fail at giving the same speech to diverse groups of people.

As a current student on this bumpy collegiate pathway, I stumbled upon Course Hero, where I can find study resources for nearly all my courses, get online help from tutors 24/7, and even share my old projects, papers, and lecture notes with other students.

The ability to access any university’s resources through Course Hero proved invaluable in my case. I was behind on Tulane coursework and actually used UCLA’s materials to help me move forward and get everything together on time.
