Once you have looked up the meaning of each term, you are to provide a definition (using your own words) of your understanding of the meaning of each term. Be sure to use no more than three (3) sentences to define each term: Groupthink - A situation where people in a group or a team think alike and new ideas are not tolerated. The decision making totally by a group. Social loafing - when a person makes less of an effort to achieve a goal when they work in a group than when they work alone. The main reason is that the performance with others is not as great as working as an individual. Self limiting behavior - When a team member does not act or work to their fullest potential. Cross training
