The scientific method isone of the most popular methods used today and it used empirical evidence to apply a set ofprinciples on ideas. According to the empirical method, because of people’s complexity,reactivity and variability, they are considered difficult. Measurement is also a basic part of ourmodern life today and it requires the definition of property which means to create an operationaldefinition which has validity(extent to both measurement and property are related); it alsorequires the detection of the property meaning the creation must have reliability(measure mustproduce the same measurement every time) and power(ability to detect concrete conditionsspecified).
