WINDOWS VS. MAC OS2Windows vs. Mac OSThe world is changing, and technology is driving much of that change. Technology is rapidly increasing and new discoveries are being made every day. Computers have become a common piece of equipment in homes all over the world. Technology is advancing to a pointin which every day it is overcoming its own limits. Microsoft and Apple are widely considered as the top innovative companies that lead today’s market in technology. It is not a coincidence that both have the most popular operating systems for computers.An operating system is the most important software that runs on a computer. It manages the computer’s memory, processes, and all of its software and hardware. There are many different computer programs running at the same time, and they all need to access your computer’s central processing unit, memory, and storage. The operating system coordinates all of this to make sure each program gets what it needs. Operating systems usually come preloaded on any computer you buy. The two recent ones are Microsoft’s Windows 10 and Apple’s Mac OS X. Considering that these two companies are in the top and have a direct competition in the computer market, they are focused on different aspects to satisfy users in different ways.
