In this assignment, I will research and describe a company that successfully
preserves and expands human, social, and natural capital as part of its long-term wealth
creation. I started researching a company that has been successful in long-term wealth
creation. Then, I thought of a company that a friend of mine has launched and been
managing.
It is a company called “Berry & Rose” and creates hair wigs. She launched this
company after she started suffering from alopecia. It is a disease that caught attention
recently after the incident involving Will Smith in the Academy Awards ceremony. She
started losing her hair without any previous signs, and within several days, she looked
completely different. In the early days of her sufferance, she went to a few large
companies that create hair wigs. Then, she found that these companies are not there to
help customers but rather exploit the people who suffer from diseases and face
vulnerabilities. These companies knew that people who are in shock because of a
