I will have to examine with a critical legal perspective at whether or not Larry Landlord has any legal ground to evict Roger Renter from his apartment. If he has any grounds, then what reasons make his eviction valid? If Larry Landlord does not have the legality to evict Roger Renter then what are the reasons are those reasons? Lastly, I am going to discuss and determine if Roger Renter has any legal obligation to pay for the damage that he caused to the apartment and also determine whether Larry Landlord has any responsibility to bear as far as direct damage to the apartment is concerned.According to the provisions of law, in any contract of rental agreement whether a residential or commercial property or house, the Tenant has a number of clear cut rights and responsibilities which he or she has to observe at all times during the period the contract is in force. In regards to the case in point, I am going to look at the duties and responsibilities that as amediator I would provide to Larry Landlord and Roger Renter in order to be able to solve their misunderstanding at hand. This legal advice will assist them to be able to be more conversant with what they are expected to do in regards to their respective positions as either Landlord or Tenant.
