David Tufft The Accident I had just started to close my eyes when suddenly, I felt myself being flung to the side of the car. It was then I realised we had been hit, and were spinning uncontrollably towards the woods. Somehow, my friends and I all managed to walk away from the accident unharmed. We had just been on a night out in Orlando, and all of us were still merry in the back of the car. We were laughing and joking about the nights events when a wave of tiredness swept over me. I leant my head back and started to drift asleep; suddenly, I heard a loud bang which shook me awake. I then became aware that the car was spinning out of control, whilst my friends were screaming. We made three complete spins before coming to a stop about 3 feet from the tree line. We had been hit on the back left of the car, and the whole of the wheel had been shunted underneath the car. The other car had also been completely totalled, so no one was going anyway. First the fire brigade arrived and made sure everyone was ok, and
